Rent the Community Center at 18 Greenwich
Having a party and need some extra space to accommodate your family and friends? We recommend using the community center at 18 Greenwich Court in Oakmont Commons.

Enjoy the benefits of this modern style air-conditioned community center equipped with full kitchen and twin bathrooms. In the summertime enjoy the benefits of the adjoining swimming pool for endless fun (additional fee for weekend rentals only).

Included in the rental fee are tables and chairs to accommodate up to 48 guests.

Rates:

Weekend $ 75 per day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Weekday $ 35 per day (Monday to Thursday)

Pool Use with Rental Additional $ 75 (Weekend Only)
